摘要
为提高配电网供电可靠性,助力建设智能配电网,从配电自动化设备、通信信号、主站三方面着手,分析智能配电开关遥控成功率的影响指标,并用较直观的改进层次分析法量化了以上三类指标的影响程度。结合案例,建立了一套智能配电开关遥控成功率的评价体系,为智能配电网的规划建设提供了强有力的理论支撑。
In order to improve the power supply reliability of the distribution network and build the smart distribution network,the indicators that affect the remote control success rate of smart distribution switches were analyzed by starting from the three aspects of distribution automation equipment,distribution network communication signals,and distribution network master station.Then,the impact of the above three types of indicators was quantified with a more intuitive and easily accepted analytic hierarchy process.Finally,through a case,a set of evaluation system of the remote control success rate of smart distribution switches was established,which provided a strong theoretical support for the planning and construction of smart distribution networks.
