摘要 为研究复合绝缘子的抗老化性能表征方法,对硅橡胶新品及运行复合绝缘子进行氙灯和热氧人工加速老化,测试试验过程中的憎水性能、机械性能、质量损失比例、褪色程度和微观形貌,结果表明,短时间氙灯老化不会引起硅橡胶材料明显老化,热氧老化中硅橡胶老化趋势与温度成正比,短时热氧老化中质量损失比例和邵氏硬度变化值可以作为复合绝缘子抗老化性能的评估判据。试验结果为复合绝缘子老化状态评估工作的开展提供了参考。 In order to study the characterization of the anti-aging properties of composite insulators,xenon lamp and thermo-oxygen artificial accelerated aging were used to test the hydrophobicity,mechanical properties,mass loss ratio,fading degree and micro-morphology of new and aging silicone rubber composite insulators in the article.The results show that there is no obvious aging of silicone rubber material in Short time xenon lamp aging.The aging trend of silicone rubber is directly proportional to temperature in thermal oxidative aging.The mass loss ratio and shore hardness change value in short time thermal oxidative aging can be used as an evaluation criterion for composite insulators.The test results provide a reference for the evaluation of the aging state of composite insulators.
