摘要
针对某电厂电站锅炉进行内部定期检验时,2个材质为P91钢的主蒸汽弯头硬度值偏低、现场金相组织异常的问题,对弯头进行取样试验,结果表明弯头化学成分符合标准要求、常温力学性能低于标准要求、内部金相组织异常。分析出现问题的原因,提出对存在问题的弯头进行更换或处理的建议。
In view of the problems of low hardness and abnormal metallographic structure of the two main steam elbows made of P91 during internal periodic inspection of a power plant boiler in a power plant.A sampling test is carried out,structure the results show that the chemical composition of the elbow meets the standard requirements,the mechanical properties at room temperature are lower than the standard requirements,and the internal microstructure is abnormal.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward some suggestions for the replacement of the existing elbows.
