基于主成分聚类分析的山东省经济高质量发展评价研究

The Evaluation of High Quality Economic Development in Shandong Province Based on Principal Component Analysis and Cluster Analysis

为对山东各城市经济高质量发展水平进行评价研究,首先在“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”五大发展理念的基础上结合山东省经济发展实际,构建了山东省经济高质量发展的评价指标体系;其次,运用主成分分析和聚类分析对山东省各城市经济高质量发展水平进行综合评价与分类分析,得到山东省各城市经济高质量发展水平综合得分排名和聚类结果;最后,依据对山东省各城市经济高质量发展的评价结果,提出促进山东省经济高质量发展的建议。

In order to evaluate and study the high-quality economic development level of cities in Shandong Province,firstly,based on the five development concepts of“innovation,coordination,green,opening and sharing”,combined with the actual economic development of Shandong Province,the evaluation index system of high-quality economic development of Shandong Province is constructed;secondly,principal component analysis and cluster analysis are used to comprehensively evaluate and classify the high-quality economic development level of cities in Shandong province,and the comprehensive score ranking and clustering results are obtained.Finally,based on the evaluation results of the high-quality economic development of cities in Shandong Province,suggestions are put forward to promote the high-quality economic development of Shandong Province.
