运动技能习得的体悟成分阐述与课程教学价值

摘要 讨论运动技能教学中的点拨性用语,以感觉、注意、经验与知觉等词组加以理解,得到的身体认知并没有剥离出本体知的圈定,增添运动技能习得的干扰性因素.要完成本体知的进阶需要体悟的支撑,体悟一个是由“体”及“悟”的进阶关系,主体直接获取的本体知不能解释成“体悟”的内涵,必须经由“悟”的交互性选择达到新的序列,具有主体性、逆向性与情境性特质;观察与模仿、归纳与顿悟、强化与定势、沉浸与意象印证了运动技能习得过程中“体”“悟”交织的线索.应以身体动作贯穿运动技能教学、以身体体验整合运动技能教学和以运动经验反馈运动技能教学来诱导学习个体理解点拨性用语,掌握运动技能的诀窍. This paper discusses the dialogic language in the teaching of motor skills,which is understood by the phrases of feeling,attention,experience and perception.The body cognition obtained does not separate the definition of noumenon knowledge and add the interference factors in the acquisition of motor skills.In order to achieve the advanced level of ontological knowledge,we need the support of understanding.understanding is an advanced relationship between“body”and“understanding”.The ontological knowledge directly acquired by the subject cannot be interpreted as the connotation of“understanding”.It must reach a new sequence through the interactive selection of“understanding”,which has the characteristics of subjectivity,converse and situational.observation and imitation,induction and epiphany,reinforcement and stereotype,immersion and image confirm the intertwined clues of“body”and“understanding”in the process of motor skill acquisition.it is proposed to use body movements throughout the teaching of sports skills,integrate the teaching of sports skills with body experience,and feedback the teaching of sports skills with sports experience to induce the learning of individual to understand the indicative language and master the know-how of sports skills.
