社会资本积累对农村转移人口融入城市能力的影响研究——基于CFPS2016数据的实证分析

Research on the Influence of Social Capital Accumulation on the Ability of Population Transferred from Rural Area to Cities——Empirical Analysis Based on CFPS2016 Data

基于CFPS2016年成人数据库中农村转移人口数据,从社会资本的角度出发,将社会资本分为“整合型”社会资本积累与“跨越型”社会资本积累两方面,实证分析社会资本积累对农村转移人口融入城市能力的影响,并针对严重影响农村转移人口融入城市能力的社会资本积累不足问题,提出解决对策:政府拓展农村转移人口的社会关系网络结构,健全劳动市场制度;企业建立健全企业员工关系网络,提升农村转移人口的社会资本积累率;农村转移人口建立农村转移人口工会组织来保障自身权益等,以提升社会资本积累和农村转移人口融入城市的能力。

Based on the data of rural migrants in CFPS adult database in 2016,from the perspective of social capital,we can divide social capital into“integrated”social capital accumulation and“leapfrogging”social capital accumulation.This paper,empirically analyzed the influence of social capital accumulation on the ability of rural migrants to cities.Aiming at the problem of insufficient social capital accumulation which seriously affects the ability of rural migrants to integrate into cities,some countermeasures are put forward:the government should expand the social network structure of rural migrants and improve the labor market system;Enterprises should establish and improve the network of employee relations and improve the social capital accumulation rate of rural migrant population;In order to improve the accumulation of social capital and the ability of rural migrants to integrate into cities,rural migrants should establish trade unions to protect their rights and interests.
