“双一流”背景下应用型本科“创新应用型”人才培养研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据“双一流”建设任务中对人才培养的要求,提出了应用型本科“创新实用型”人才培养的定位,分析了应用型本科大学生、师资队伍及教学中存在的问题并提出了相应的对策。培养大学生的创新精神,要培养大学生的创新动机、创新品质和毅力以及创新思维。建设一流的师资队伍,教师应科研和教学并举,建立教学和科研团队。采用创新实用的教学方法,可以开展以问题链为引导的深度学习方法和项目化教学方法,加强产教融合以提高培养特色,增加信息化教学手段以提高学生的学习兴趣和提供更广阔的视野。 According to the requirements for the talents cultivation in the“Double First-Class”construction task,the orientation of“innovative and practical”talents cultivation for applied undergraduates is proposed.The problems existing in applied undergraduates,teaching staff and teaching process are analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.To cultivate the innovative spirit of college students,it is necessary to train their innovative motivation,innovative quality and perseverance,and innovative thoughts.To build the first-class teaching staff,teachers should simultaneously conduct research and teaching,and establish teaching teams and research teams.Innovative and practical teaching methods can be used to develop deep learning methods and project-based teaching methods guided by problem chains,strengthen the integration of production and education to improve training characteristics,and increase information-based teaching methods to increase students'learning interests and provide a broader perspective.
