摘要 近年来中国重点推动水电工程设计、建造和管理数字化、网络化、智能化,充分利用物联网、云计算和大数据等技术,研发和建立数字流域和数字水电,促进了智能水电厂、智能电网、智能能源网友好互动。虽然,新建水电站的智能化建设以及老旧水电站的智能化改造已在全国范围内全面展开。但是由于智能水电站部分设备及软件尚未完成开发或成熟应用,因此在智能化水电站建设已如火如荼展开的大形势下,如何利用现有成熟技术设备提出设计方案成为目前较为急迫的问题。文章根据目前水电站各系统智能化设备发展现状,提出一种切实可行、安全可靠的智能化水电站设计思路。 In recent years,China has focused on promoting digitalization,networking,and intelligence in the design,construction and management of hydropower projects,making full use of technologies such as the Internet of Things,cloud computing and big data to develop and establish digital river basin and digital hydropower,which has boosted friendly interaction among intelligent hydropower station,smart power grid and smart energy network.Although the intelligent construction of new hydropower stations and the intelligent transformation of old hydropower stations have been carried out nationwide in China,due to the fact that some equipment and software of intelligent hydropower stations have not yet been developed or maturely applied,under the situation that the construction of intelligent hydropower stations is in full swing,how to propose design schemes with existing mature technology and equipment has become an urgent problem.Based on the current development status of intelligent equipment in various systems of hydropower stations,this article proposes a practical,safe and reliable design concept for intelligent hydropower stations.
