摘要
文章以新疆库山河流域灌区为研究对象,调查了灌区发展现状和存在的主要问题,对灌区水资源供需情况、灌溉面积和高效节水面积、灌溉定额、灌溉水利用系数等进行了分析,提出库山河流域灌区需通过灌区续建配套与节水改造、增加高效节水面积、修建山区控制性水利工程等措施,使库山河流域灌溉水利用系数提高至0.6,灌溉定额降为8655 m3/hm2,指标均符合或优于“三条红线”控制指标,实现当地经济和社会的可持续发展。
Taking the irrigation area of the Kushan River Basin in Xinjiang as the research object,the article investigates the development status of the irrigation area and the existing problems,and the water supply and demand of the irrigation area,irrigated area and high-efficiency water-saving area,irrigation quota,irrigation water utilization coefficient,etc.are analyzed.Based on the analysis,it is proposed that the irrigation area of the Kushan River Basin needs measures such as the continuous construction of the irrigation area and water-saving transformation to increase the high-efficiency water-saving area,and the construction of pivotal water conservancy projects in mountainous regions to increase the irrigation water utilization coefficient of the Kushan River Basin to 0.6 and reduce the irrigation quota to 8655 m3/hm.
