摘要
水电站库区内的水位波动和风吹作用,导致量大漂浮物漂向发电引水洞进口,对水电站发电和安全运行将会构成严重威胁。水电站库区拦截漂浮物的常规方式是在发电引水洞上游库区内布置一条拦污排,拦污排固定点设在水库左、右岸(或引水洞进水塔左、右岸)山体上,并在固定点安装绞盘,水位波动时调节拦污排长度以适应库水位变化。文章以柳树沟水电站为例,在进水塔周围设计采用滑动悬挂式拦污排,在进水塔边墙上设置滑道,拦漂排下部3 m范围内悬挂拦网,拦污排可随水位上下浮动,无需人工调节,能有效拦截水面以下悬浮杂物,应用效果较好。
Water level fluctuations and wind blowing in the reservoir area of a hydropower station cause a large amount of floating debris to float to the inlet of the headrace tunnel,which poses a serious threat to the power generation and safe operation of the hydropower station.The conventional method of intercepting floating debris in the reservoir area of hydropower stations is to arrange a trash rack in the reservoir area upstream of the headrace inlet,and the trash rack are fixed on the mountain on the left and right banks of the reservoir(or the left and right banks of the intake tower of the headrace tunnel).Winches are installed at the fixed points to adjust the length of the trash rack when the water level fluctuates to adapt to the change of the reservoir water level.Taking the Liushugou Hydropower Station as an example,the design adopts a sliding suspended trash rack around the intake tower.A slide is set on the side wall of the intake tower.A fence is suspended within 3 m of the lower part of the trash rack which fluctuates with the water level automatically.The obstructing fence can effectively block the suspended debris below the water surface and the application effect is favorable.
