摘要
岷江犍为航电枢纽工程共装有单机容量55.6 MW的9台灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组,其中4台机组由东芝水电公司设计、制造,其转轮公称直径为7.5 m,是超大型灯泡贯流式机组。文章针对犍为机组具有大尺寸、大容量、大载荷等特点,通过设计优化、制造工艺改进等措施保证了机组优秀品质,机组成功投入运行后,各项性能指标优异,运行安全稳定,达到了设计预期目标,可供同仁设计参考。
The Minjiang Jianwei Navigation and Power Generation Complex Project is equipped with 9 bulb tubular hydro-generator units with a single unit capacity of 55.6 MW,of which 4 units are designed and manufactured by Toshiba Hydropower Company.The nominal diameter of the runners is 7.5 m,which makes them super large bulb tubular units.With respect to the features of Qianwei units such as large size,large capacity and large load,the excellent quality of the units is guaranteed through design optimization and manufacturing process improvement.Since the successful operation of the units,the performance indicators are excellent,the operation is safe and stable,and the units has achieved the design target which can be used as a reference for future design of similar units.
