文章结合不同建设模式实践,系统介绍了海宁市水利工程全过程建管市场化运作模式经验,总结了该模式下全过程策划、建管协同法、多维管控法等创新建管措施,并从工程目标实现方面对该模式实施效果进行了评价,为类似水利工程建设管理提供借鉴。

With consideration of the practice of different construction modes,the article systematically introduces the market-oriented operation mode experience of the whole process construction and management of water conservancy projects in Haining City,and summarizes innovative construction and management measures such as the whole process planning,collaboration of construction and management,and multi-dimensional management and control method.The implementation effect of the mode is evaluated from the aspect of project target realization.Practice of the mode provides some reference for construction and management of similar water conservancy project.
