金水宝片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效及对血管内皮功能的影响分析

Effect of Jinshuibao Tablet on Chronic Glomerulonephritis and Influence on Vascular Endothelial Function

目的:分析金水宝片治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的效果及对血清一氧化氮(NO)和血管内皮素(ET-1)指标的影响。方法:选取2019年6月—2020年6月本院肾内科收治的92例慢性肾小球肾炎住院患者为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,各46例。两组均给予抗炎、利尿及水电解质失衡纠正等常规治疗,对照组口服缬沙坦胶囊,观察组在对照组基础上加服金水宝片,用药8周后比较两组血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)及尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)水平变化,以及NO和ET-1等内皮功能指标变化。结果:两组治疗前血清BUN、Scr、UAER水平以及NO和ET-1比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清BUN、Scr及UAER水平均低于对照组,血清NO水平高于对照组,ET-1水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:金水宝片对慢性肾小球肾炎有良好辅助治疗作用,且能改善血管内皮细胞功能。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Jinshuibao tablet in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis and its influence on serum NO and ET-1.Methods:92 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 46 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment such as anti-inflammatory,diuretic and correction of water electrolyte imbalance,the control group was treated with valsartan capsules,and the observation group was given Jinshuibao tablets on the basis of the control group.After 8 weeks of treatment,the changes of serum urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Scr),urinary protein excretion rate(UAER)and endothelial function indexes such as NO and ET-1 were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in serum BUN,Scr,UAER,NO and ET-1 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of BUN,Scr and UAER in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);the serum NO level was higher than that of the conventional group,and the ET-1 level was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jinshuibao tablet has a good adjuvant effect on chronic glomerulonephritis,and can improve the function of vascular endothelial cells.
