哌拉西林舒巴坦联合左氧氟沙星治疗老年下呼吸道感染疗效观察

Efficacy of Piperacillin Sulbactam Combined with Levofloxacin in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

目的:观察哌拉西林舒巴坦联合左氧氟沙星治疗老年下呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析本院治疗的74例老年下呼吸道感染患者的临床资料,患者就诊时间为2018年10月—2020年6月,按治疗方法将其分为观察组和对照组各37例,对照组单用哌拉西林舒巴坦治疗,观察组采用哌拉西林舒巴坦联合左氧氟沙星治疗,观察两组治疗过程中发生的胃肠道反应、皮肤反应、中枢神经系统反应等不良事件及临床恢复进度,对比两组疗效。结果:观察组咳嗽停止时间、白细胞恢复时间、体温下降时间、肺部啰音消除时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良事件发生率观察组(8.11%)与对照组(2.70%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);总疗效比较观察组(100.00%)高于对照组(83.78%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:哌拉西林舒巴坦联合左氧氟沙星治疗老年下呼吸道感染,有助于及早缓解临床症状,提高疗效,且不会增加用药风险,值得推广。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of piperacillin sulbactam combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infection.Methods:The clinical data of 74 elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infection treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were treated from October 2018 to June 2020.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with piperacillin sulbactam alone,while the observation group was treated with piperacillin sulbactam combined with levofloxacin.The adverse events such as gastrointestinal reaction,skin reaction,central nervous system reaction and clinical recovery progress in the two groups were observed,and the curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The cough stop time,white blood cell recovery time,temperature drop time and lung rales elimination time in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in the observation group(8.11%)was not significantly different from that in the control group(2.70%)(P>0.05);the total efficacy of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(83.78%),there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Piperacillin sulbactam combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infection is conducive to early relief of clinical symptoms,improve the efficacy,and will not increase the risk of drug use,worthy of promotion.
