卡前列素氨丁三醇宫体注射对前置胎盘剖宫产术出血的预防作用

Prophylactic Effect of Prostaglandin Tromethamine on the Bleeding of Cesarean Section of Placenta Previa

目的:探究卡前列素氨丁三醇宫体注射对前置胎盘剖宫产术出血的预防作用。方法:选取前置胎盘剖宫产术出血患者104例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各52例。所有患者均先给予20 U缩宫素治疗,对照组在此基础上采用宫腔纱条填塞止血法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加卡前列素氨丁三醇宫体注射治疗,考察两组患者的治疗效果、术后出血量、住院时间及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组,观察组患者术后2 h和24 h的出血量、住院时间均低于对照组,观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卡前列素氨丁三醇宫体注射对前置胎盘剖宫产术出血的治疗效果良好,可以有效预防术后出血,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To explore the preventive effect of carboprost tromethamine injection on cesarean section hemorrhage of placenta previa.Methods:104 patients with placenta previa hemorrhage after cesarean section were randomly divided into control group and observation group,52 cases in each group.All patients were first given 20 U oxytocin treatment,the control group was treated with uterine gauze packing hemostasis,and the observation group was given carboprost tromethamine intrauterine injection on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,postoperative blood loss,hospitalization time and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the bleeding volume and hospitalization time of the observation group at 2 h and 24 h after operation were lower than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carboprost tromethamine intrauterine injection for placenta previa cesarean section bleeding treatment effect is good,can effectively prevent postoperative bleeding,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
