摘要
目的观察某部22名飞行员颈肌前屈耐力及各方向的最大肌力情况。方法使用便携式数字肌力测试仪分别测试22名飞行员和15名志愿者的颈肌前屈、后伸、左(右)侧屈、左(右)后旋转、左(右)侧下旋转等方向的最大肌力。使用秒表测试受试者颈肌耐力,对受试者的颈部损伤情况进行问卷调查。结果飞行员除颈肌前屈方向外,其余方向的肌力均大于志愿者(P<0.05),耐力与志愿者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。有效问卷调查结果显示,飞行员的颈部损伤率明显高于普通受试者。结论飞行员的颈肌力量情况要明显优于志愿者,但还需加强颈部肌肉的训练,以满足高载荷飞行的需要。
Objective To observe twenty-two pilots'endurance time and maximum strength of their neck muscles in different directions.Methods Twenty-two pilots and fifteen volunteers participated in the experiment.The digital muscle strength tester of Hoggan was used to test the maximum strength of the neck in different directions,such as forward,backward,left,right,left rear,right rear,lower left and lower right.The endurance time was measured by a stopwatch.Additionally,the neck injury of each participantwas investigated.Results The muscle strength of the pilots in different directions was significantly greater than that of the volunteers except in the front direction(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the neck endurance time between the pilots and volunteers(P>0.05).The incidence of neck injury was much higher among pilots than among the volunteers.Conclusion The neck strength of the pilots is significantly better than that of the volunteers,but it is not enough for the high-G mission,sopilots need to enhance their neck muscle training.
