摘要 粮食摊晒和收集的机械化是农业发展的必然趋势,而想要实现收集与摊晒并存,效率与收净率兼顾的复杂功能,给机器的设计带来了很大的困难。采用TRIZ理论对粮食收集与晾晒过程中所存在的问题进行分析,通过转化通用参数寻找创新设计中存在的技术矛盾。根据冲突解决原理分析,解决了系统中矛盾冲突,对收集模块、行走模块及存储晾晒模块进行创新设计,并研究了粮食收集晾晒过程的"物-场模型",确定了集粮毛刷与晾晒挡板的具体设计方式,使粮食收集机实现收集与晾晒一体,效率与收净率并存的强大功能。最后通过建模将机体创新设计转化为虚拟样机,从而加工实体样机,经实际操作表明:机器操作性能良好,功能要求基本达到,可为后续相关研究提供参考。 The mechanization of grain drying and collection is an inevitable trend of agricultural development.However,the complex function of combining collection and drying,efficiency and collection rate has brought great difficulties to the design of the machine.This paper applies TRIZ theory to analyze the problems existing in the process of grain collection and grain drying,and finds the technical contradiction in the innovative design by transforming problems into common parameters.According to the principles of contradictory theory,we analyzed and solved the contradictions and conflicts in the system.In addition,we also accomplished the innovative design of collecting module,walking module,stored module and drying module.Meanwhile,we studied the"substance-field model"in the grain collection and drying process,and determined the specific design methods of grain brush and drying baffle.All these efforts can make the grain collection machine to achieve the complex function of integrating the function of grain collection and grain drying,and improving the collection rate and drying efficiency.Finally,the innovative design of the machine is transformed into a virtual prototype by modeling,and then the solid prototype is processed.The actual operation shows that the machine has a good operational performance and the functional requirements are basically achieved,which can provide a reference for the follow-up research.
