摘要
为了解决轴承智能化生产线工序间的在线检测问题,对工序间轴承内圈参数自动化检测的装置进行了研究;分析了影响轴承内圈内径各参数检测的误差因素,并对其进行了误差分析;基于虚拟样机技术和ADAMS动力学仿真软件对轴承内圈检测装置进行动力学分析,分析测量因素对轴承内圈内径参数检测圆度、垂直度和壁厚等的影响,并测量仿真过程中轴承下端面的跳动量;基于ADAMS动力学仿真软件的仿真参数进行实验验证,实验结果和仿真结果在趋势上有一定的契合性和合理性,为轴承内圈智能化生产线上的检测装置设计和研发提供理论依据和指导。
In order to solve the problem of on-line detection of bearing intelligent production line,the device of automatic detection of bearing inner ring parameters is studied.The error factors affecting the inner diameter of bearing inner ring are analyzed,and the errors are analyzed.Based on the virtual prototype technology and ADAMS dynamics simulation software,the dynamic analysis is carried out on the testing device of the bearing inner ring.The influence of measuring factors on the roundness,perpendicularity and wall thickness of the parameters of the bearing inner ring is analyzed.The simulation parameters based on ADAMS dynamics simulation software were verified by experiments,and the experimental results and simulation results had a certain consistency and rationality in the trend,and provided theoretical basis and guidance for the design and development of detection devices on the intelligent production line of bearing inner ring.
