甘蔗粕对育肥牛生长性能、肉品质、血液生化指标及抗氧化性能的影响 被引量:6

Study on Effects of Sugarcane Meal on Production Performance,Meat Quality,Blood Biochemistry and Antioxidant Capacity of Fattening Cattle

摘要 研究在肉牛饲料中添加不同比例的甘蔗粕通过对其生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和血液指标的分析评价甘蔗粕的饲用价值。选择健康,日龄、体重相近的西门塔尔育肥公牛54头,随机分为3组,每组18头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组和试验2组分别添加3.5%和7.0%甘蔗粕。试验1组、试验2组、对照组在育肥期日增重、屠宰率、GR值、背膘厚各组之间相比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验2组眼肌面积相比较试验1组、对照组显著增加(P<0.05),其他组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验1组、试验2组、对照组在熟肉率、系水力、干物质、粗蛋白等各组之间相比较差异不显著(P>0.05),试验2组剪切力和粗脂肪与试验1组和对照组显著差异(P<0.05)。日粮中添加甘蔗粕具有提高血液GSH-Px和降低MDA的趋势,对血液生化指标无显著影响。说明甘蔗粕替代部分基础日粮可在一定程度上改善育肥牛生长性能,提高肉品质和抗氧化能力,并对其血清生化指标等无不利影响。 In this study,different proportions of bagasse were added to beef cattle feed to evaluate the feeding value of bagasse through the analysis of its production performance,slaughter performance,meat quality and blood indexes.54 healthy simmental fattening bulls of similar age and weight were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 18 bulls in each group.The control group was fed a basal diet,and 3.5%and 7.0%bagasse were used to replace the basal diet in group 1 and group 2,respectively.The results showed that:there were no significant differences in daily weight gain,slaughter rate,GR value,and backfat thickness between the test group 1,test group 2,and control group during fattening period(P>0.05).However,the ocular muscle area increased significantly and reached the level of significant difference(P<0.05),while the difference between other groups was not significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in cooked meat rate,water power,dry matter and crude protein between groups1,2 and control group(P>0.05),and significant difference in shear force and crude fat between groups 2 and group 1 and control group(P<0.05).Sugarcane meal inclusion in diet showed the trend to increase the blood GSH-Px concentration,and to decrease the MDA concentration,while it did not affect other biochemical parameters.These results indicated that sugarcane meal supplementation in diet replacing some portion of concentrate may to some extent improve the growth performance,meat quality and anti-oxidant capacity in fattening beef cattle,and it had no adverse effect on serum biochemical parameters.
