番茄红素摄入与围产期奶牛氧化应激和炎症的关系 被引量:3

摘要 氧化应激是由脂质过氧化物和中和脂质的抗氧化剂之间的不平衡引起的。产犊后奶牛容易产生氧化应激,激活的氧化应激反应可引起下游病理级联反应导致慢性炎症,而氧化应激和慢性炎症可能是围产期奶牛代谢病和感染病发病的主要原因。因此,早期预防氧化应激或控制慢性炎症可成为改善围产期奶牛代谢病和感染病的主要途径之一。番茄红素是一种类胡萝卜素色素,具有强大的抗氧化和抗炎作用。文章主要探讨了番茄红素摄入与奶牛氧化应激和炎症的关系,为早期降低围产期奶牛因代谢应激引发氧化应激和慢性炎症提供参考。 Oxidative stress is caused by imbalance between lipid peroxides and lipid-neutralizing antioxidants.Dairy cows are vulnerable to oxidative stress during perinatal period.The activated oxidative stress reaction can cause downstream pathological cascade reaction leading to chronic inflammation,and oxidative stress and chronic inflammation may be the main causes of metabolic diseases and infectious diseases in perinatal dairy cows.Therefore,early prevention of oxidative stress or control of chronic inflammation can become one of the main ways to improve metabolic diseases and infectious diseases in perinatal dairy cows.Lycopene is a carotenoid pigment with strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.The relationship between dietary intake of lycopene and oxidative stress and inflammation in dairy cows were discussed in this paper,providing reference for early reduction of oxidative stress and chronic inflammation caused by metabolic stress in perinatal dairy cows.
