维格列汀是一种二肽基肽酶-4(DPP-4)抑制剂,与二甲双胍联用可维持2型糖尿病患者的认知功能,后者可通过微型精神状态检查(MMSE)所确定。本文将综述维格列汀对2型糖尿病合并认知障碍患者的神经保护的研究进展。
Vildagliptin is an inhibitor of the enzyme dipeptidyl peptidase-4(DPP-4).It can maintain the cognitive functioning of diabetic patients combined metformin.The cognitive functioning of diabetic patients can be determined by mini mental state examination(MMSE).This review summarizes the research progress on the neuronal protection of vildagliptin in patients with T2DM-related cognitive impairment.
