中药塌渍联合护理干预对改善风寒湿痹型膝关节骨性关节炎疼痛及膝关节功能的效果观察

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Stagnation and Waterlogging Combined with Nursing Intervention on Pain and Knee Joint Function in Patients with Wind-cold and Wet-on Type Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察中药塌渍联合护理干预对风寒湿痹型膝关节骨性关节炎患者疼痛及膝关节功能的效果。方法:选取2018年4月—2019年3月本院收治的100例风寒湿痹型膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,以抽签法分为两组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规干预,观察组实施中药塌渍联合护理干预,观察两组疼痛、膝关节功能改善及不良反应情况。结果:干预2周、4周后,观察组疼痛指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组膝关节功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应概率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:风寒湿痹型膝关节骨性关节炎采取中药塌渍联合护理干预,可有效缓解疼痛,提高膝关节功能,促使病情尽快恢复。

Objective:To study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine stagnation and waterlogging combined with nursing intervention on pain and knee function in patients with wind-cold and wet sputum knee osteoarthritis.Methods:One hundred patients with rheumatoid arthritis of knee osteoarthritis were enrolled(April 2018 to March 2019),and 50 were drawn by lottery.The control group was routinely intervened,and the observation group was implemented with the joint nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine.Pain,knee function and adverse events were observed in the two groups.Results:After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of intervention,the pain index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the knee joint function data of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference of adverse reaction probability between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Patients with wind-cold and dampness type knee osteoarthritis combined with traditional Chinese medicine stagnation and waterlogging can effectively relieve pain,promote the recovery of the disease as soon as possible,and improve knee function.
