葡萄糖酸锌联合硫酸镁、硫酸沙丁胺醇治疗小儿中-重度支气管哮喘的疗效观察及对炎性因子的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨葡萄糖酸锌联合硫酸镁、硫酸沙丁胺醇对小儿中-重度支气管哮喘的临床疗效及炎性因子的影响。方法:以本院2018年8月―2020年8月收治的106例中-重度支气管哮喘患儿为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组53例。两组均予硫酸镁及硫酸沙丁胺醇治疗,观察组加用葡萄糖酸锌治疗。两组均连续服药1周。比较两组肺功能指标一秒钟用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)和呼气峰流速值(PEF),检测两组血清炎性指标白介素-17(IL-17)、转化生长因子(TGF-β1)表达水平及免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)水平。结果:治疗后,观察组肺功能指标FEV1、PEF、FVC均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组炎性指标TGF-β1、IL-17水平较治疗前均显著下降,且观察组水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组IgG、IgA水平较治疗前均显著升高,且观察组指标均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:葡萄糖酸锌联合硫酸镁、硫酸沙丁胺醇可有效改善中-重度支气管哮喘患儿的肺功能,抑制气道炎性反应,有助于疾病康复。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of zinc gluconate combined with magnesium sulfate and salbutamol sulfate on children with moderate to severe bronchial asthma and the influence of inflammatory factors.Methods:106 cases of moderate to severe bronchial asthma in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,53 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with magnesium sulfate and salbutamol sulfate,and the observation group was treated with zinc gluconate.Both groups were treated for 1 week.The pulmonary function indexes such as forced expiratory volume(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)were compared between the two groups.The serum levels of IL-17,TGF-β1,immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin A(IgA)were detected.Results:After treatment,FEV1,PEF and FVC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of inflammatory indexes TGF-β1 and IL-17 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of IgG and IgA in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the indexes in the observation group were all higher Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zinc gluconate combined with magnesium sulfate and salbutamol sulfate can effectively improve the lung function of children with moderate to severe bronchial asthma,inhibit airway inflammatory reaction,and contribute to the recovery of the disease.
