混合痔切除术后应用迈之灵片的临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect of Aescuven Forte Tablet after Mixed Hemorrhoidectomy

目的:探讨混合痔切除术后应用迈之灵片的临床疗效。方法:选取行混合痔切除术的患者,随机分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),观察组使用迈之灵片治疗,对照组给予痔宁片治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后临床症状积分、症状消失时间、创面愈合时间。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗3 d后肛门疼痛、渗液、坠胀、出血、水肿等症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗7 d后肛门疼痛、渗液、坠胀、出血、水肿等症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肛门疼痛、渗液、坠胀、出血、水肿等症状消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:混合痔切除术后应用迈之灵片的临床效果显著,可以缓解患者肛门疼痛、渗液、坠胀、出血、水肿等症状。

Objective:To explore clinical curative effect of Aescuven forte Tablet after mixed hemorrhoidectomy.Methods:Patients who underwent mixed hemorrhoidectomy were randomly divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The observation group was treated with Aescuven forte Tablet,and the control group was treated with Zhining tablet.The clinical effect,clinical symptom score,symptom disappearance time and wound healing time of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the scores of anal pain,exudation,swelling,bleeding,edema and other symptoms in the observation group after 3 days of treatment(P>0.05);the observation group was treated for 7 days D later,the scores of anal pain,exudation,swelling,bleeding,edema and other symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The disappearance time of anal pain,exudation,swelling,bleeding and edema in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The wound healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Aescuven forte Tabletafter mixed hemorrhoidectomy is significant,which can relieve the symptoms of anal pain,exudation,swelling,bleeding and edema.
