考虑多时间因素的绿色柔性作业车间动态调度 被引量:7

Green Dynamic Scheduling of Flexible Job Shop Considering Multiple Time Factors

摘要 针对质检扰动引起的完工时间延迟和机床能耗高的问题,对绿色柔性作业车间动态调度进行研究。从考虑调整时间和质检时间的视角建立节能调度模型,采用加权归一的方式将多目标合并,利用改进的头脑风暴算法进行求解,在编码环节引进了转换机制和多层编码策略,优化了机器选择和工序排序问题。通过Matlab仿真软件对算例进行测试,研究结果表明:合理的重调度方案可将质检扰动对原始调度的影响控制在一定范围内,保证了生产的稳定性;企业可调整目标函数的权重系数,在保障交付期的前提下,尽可能降低能耗,有利于企业推行可持续发展战略。 Aiming at the problems of delay in completion time and high energy consumption of machine tools caused by quality inspection disturbance,the dynamic scheduling of green flexible job shop was studied.From the perspective of adjustment time and quality inspection time,the energy-saving scheduling model is established.The weighted normalization method was used to unify the multi-objective of this mode,and the improved brain storm optimization was used to solve the problem.The conversion mechanism and multi-layer coding strategy were introduced in the coding process to optimize the machine selection and work sequence scheduling problems.The results show that:Reasonable rescheduling scheme can control the impact of quality inspection disturbance on the original scheduling within a certain range,and ensure the stability of production;the enterprise can adjust the weight coefficient of the objective function to reduce energy consumption as much as possible under the premise of ensuring the delivery period,which is conducive to the implementation of sustainable development strategy.
