机械制造自动化中的节能设计问题研究

摘要 机械制造产业是我国重点发展的产业领域,在提出制造强国的发展战略中,机械制造占据重要地位。而信息时代的到来,智能控制技术、大数据技术等的应用,使得该领域的自动化水平逐渐提升。但是过去进行机械制造对于能源的消耗很多,而我国目前正面临能源紧缺和污染严重的问题,对此,提出在机械制造与自动化过程中进行节能设计的要求。本文主要分析当前该领域的发展现状,探讨应用节能设计的必要性,提出具体的应用基本方法。 Mechanical manufacturing industry is an important industry in China.In the development strategy of manufacturing power,mechanical manufacturing occupies an important position.With the advent of the information age,the application of intelligent control technology and big data technology makes the automation level in this field gradually improved.However,in the past,there was a lot of energy consumption for mechanical manufacturing,and our country is facing the problem of energy shortage and serious pollution.In this regard,this paper puts forward the requirements of energy-saving design in the process of mechanical manufacturing and automation.This paper mainly analyzes the current development status of the field,discusses the necessity of applying energy-saving design,and puts forward specific application basic methods.
