无论从油枕下面的连接管处、调压开关的滤油机处、停电拆开有载开关顶部呼吸器管路进行手工补油,都存在效率低下、管道口暴露在空气中时间过长或者容易将气泡打入有载调压油箱的问题。为提高调压开关的补充效率,研发一款定量定压可调节式变压器有载开关补油装置,该装置主要解决了手动补油时精度不足,耗费时间和人力过多,还有减少产生过多气泡的问题,并通过使用该装置得出改进的方向和要点。

No matter from the connecting pipe under the conservator,the oil filter of the pressure regulating switch,or removing the respirator pipeline on the top of the on load switch for manual oil replenishment after power failure,there are problems such as low efficiency,too long exposure time of the pipe opening in the air,or easy to blow bubbles into the on load pressure regulating oil tank.In order to improve the replenishment efficiency of the voltage regulating switch,a quantitative constant pressure adjustable type transformer on load switch oil replenishment device is developed.The device mainly solves the problems of insufficient accuracy,too much time and manpower when manual oil filling,and reduces the generation of too many bubbles.The direction and key points of improvement are obtained by using the device.
