供异型钢高裂纹敏感铸坯质量控制研究

摘要 为提升异型钢铸坯质量,莱钢炼钢厂通过转炉过程炉渣氧化性精准控制、转炉终点钢水预脱氧、成分均质化控制、无缺陷铸坯控制、全流程低过热度控制等技术的研究与创新,开发出供异型钢高裂纹敏感铸坯质量控制工艺,实现了异型钢铸坯质量本质化稳定,生产成本和工序能耗得到有效降低。 In order to improve the quality of profiled steel billets,through study and innovation of accurate control of slag oxidation,pre-deoxidation of molten steel at converter end point,homogenization control of composition,defect-free billet control and low superheat control within whole process during the process of converter,the steelmaking plant of Laiwu Steel had developed a quality control process of billets with high crack sensitivity for profiled steels,having realized the quality stability in essence,and the reoduction cost and process energy consumption were effectively reduced.
