摘要
高职院校招收“一带一路”沿线国家来华留学生,需要配套的国际化师资队伍,以顺利开展培养“既有专业技能,又有汉语语言文化交际能力的友华、亲华的复合型技能型人才”的任务。通过采用OBE模式与胜任力模型,反向推导,形成两个职系、六个序列的高职国际化师资队伍结构,得出六个序列岗位的能力模块,细分各个模块,详细阐述各个要素,为高职院校国际化师资队伍的构建提供了一个合理可行的完整框架。
To support the Belt and Road Initiative,the higher vocational colleges in China have been admitting international students from the countries and regions along the B&R,which calls for qualified staff teams of the colleges.With the teams it is possible for them to carry out the task to cultivate talents with all-round skills,including the professional skills and the Chinese language skills together with understanding of Chinese culture.By adopting the OBE model and the competency model,reverse derivation,the formation of a two-grade,six-sequence international faculty structure of higher vocational teachers,derives the ability modules for six sequential positions,subdivides each module,and elaborates on each element,so as to provide a reasonable and feasible complete framework for the construction of the interna tional faculty of higher vocational colleges.
