摘要
研究了综放工作面产能、时间协调关系并确定了相应的协调作业工作。在此基础上,通过获取实时煤量信息并传输至荷载监测平台,实现了采煤机速度及放煤口的联动控制;改进了精确控制放煤机构,提高了液压支架放煤机构可靠性和稳定性。研究成果对于推进综放工作面智能化生产、促进煤矿安全高效开采具有重要的实际意义。
The coordination relationship between production capacity and time of fully mechanized caving face was studied,and determined the corresponding coordination work. On this basis,the real-time coal quantity information was obtained and transmitted to the load monitoring platform to realize the linkage control of shearer speed and the coal drawing opening. The precise control of drawing mechanism was improved,and the reliability and stability of the drawing mechanism of hydraulic support were improved.The research results have important practical significance for promoting intelligent production of fully mechanized caving face,and promoting safe and efficient mining of coal mine.
