摘要
针对小庄煤矿40214特厚煤层综放工作面具有强烈矿压显现的特点,综合考虑矿井运输系统能力,对该综采工作面液压支架进行了设计研究,提出采用1.5 m中心距、工作阻力达到14 000 k N的液压支架。对支架的理论参数进行了计算,同时对支架的应用情况进行了介绍。
In view of the characteristic of strong mine pressure on the 40214 super thick coal seam fully mechanized caving face in Xiaozhuang coal mine,considering the capacity of the mine transportation system comprehensively, the hydraulic support of the fully mechanized mining face was designed and studied,and the hydraulic support with 1.5 m center distance and working resistance up to14 000 k N was proposed. The theoretical parameters of the bracket were calculated,and the application of the bracket was introduced.
