摘要
太平煤矿煤层属急倾斜近距离煤层,遇到开采煤层与上覆煤层层间距较近或顶板条件差、压力大的中厚煤层,采用扩帮同步安装工艺,需利用轨道快速将液压支架运送到安装地点。针对该项工艺设计了配套使用的旋转平台,有效解决了设备转向安装难题,提高了安装效率及可靠性,取得了良好的社会、经济效益。
The coal seam of Taiping coal mine is a steeply inclined and close-distance coal seam.When the mining coal seam is close to the overlying coal seam or the medium-thick coal seam with poor roof conditions and high pressure,it adopts the expansion and synchronous installation technology, and the hydraulic support needs to be transported quickly by rail to the installation site. A supporting rotating platform was designed for this technology,which effectively solves the problem of equipment steering installation, improves installation efficiency and reliability,and achieves good social and economic benefits.
