摘要
提出了一种基于LabVIEW的矿用速度传感器测试系统,介绍了该系统的主要功能以及结构、硬件和软件的设计。系统能模拟带式输送机的不同状态来驱动矿用速度传感器转动,同时采集传感器的信号,实时显示测试过程中的参数。系统将采集到的信号进行处理,保存到数据库中,最后输出诊断结果并生成报表。系统可在自动模式下自动完成对传感器的测试并生成诊断结果。
A test system of mine speed sensor based on LabVIEW was proposed,the main functions of the system and the design of the structure, hardware and software were introduced. The system can simulate the different states of the belt conveyor to drive the rotation of the mine speed sensor, collect the sensor signal at the same time, and display the parameters in the test process in real time. The system processes the collected signal, saves it in the database, and finally outputs the diagnosis results and generate reports. The system can automatically complete the test of the sensor and generate the diagnosis result in the automatic mode.
