摘要 弧齿锥齿轮结构、成形工艺复杂。以某型弧齿锥齿轮为研究对象,分析弧齿锥齿轮成形流程,运用专业数值计算软件MATLAB对弧齿锥齿轮参数进行数值模拟计算,计算的数据导入专业齿轮仿真软件KISSsoft为弧齿锥齿轮成形特性进行数值模拟。仿真结果表明,根据弧齿锥齿轮成形流程,结合数值计算及仿真软件,可以准确地可视化模拟并显示弧齿锥齿轮成形过程,成形的弧齿锥齿轮精确度及轮廓形状满足实际工况。该研究可为弧齿锥齿轮加工成形工艺流程改善、参数优化及成形件综合性能的提高提供理论依据。 The structure and forming process of spiral bevel gears were complicated. A certain type of spiral bevel gear has been taken as the research object, the forming process of spiral bevel gear has been analyzed, and the professional numerical calculation software MATLAB has been used to numerically simulate the parameters of spiral bevel gear, and the calculated data has been imported into the professional gear simulation software KISSsoft to perform numerical simulations for the forming characteristics of spiral bevel gear. The simulation results show that according to the forming process of spiral bevel gear, combined with numerical calculation and simulation software, the forming process of spiral bevel gear can be accurately and visually simulated and displayed,the accuracy and contour shape of the formed spiral bevel gear meet the requirements of actual working condition. The research provides a theoretical basis for the processing and forming process improvement, and the parameters optimization and the overall performance improvement of the formed parts for the spiral bevel gear.
