大吨位可回收式旋喷扩大头锚索在软土地区的应用

Application of Large Tonnage Recoverable Jet Grouting Expanding Head Anchor Cable in Soft Soil Area

当深基坑工程中的土质情况较为复杂时,传统采用的普通锚索具有半径小、易坍孔、锚索安装入孔不顺、承载力不足、回收效果不佳等缺点,且易引发多种质量问题。结合工程实践,提出大吨位可回收式旋喷扩大头锚索,总结了其工艺原理及操作要点。实践证明,大吨位可回收式旋喷扩大头锚索大大增加了锚索的承载力,降低了锚索长度增加而带来的施工难度,且非常理想地解决了软土地区锚索抗拔承载力小和回收率低的问题。

When the soil condition in deep foundation pit engineering is more complex, the traditional ordinary anchor cable has the disadvantages of small radius, easy hole collapse, unsmooth installation of anchor cable into the hole, insufficient bearing capacity and poor recovery effect, and it is easy to cause a variety of quality problems. Combined with the engineering practice, a large tonnage recoverable jet grouting expanding head anchor cable is proposed, and its technological principle and operation points are summarized. The practice proves that the large tonnage recoverable jet grouting expanding head anchor cable greatly increases the bearing capacity of the anchor cable, reduces the construction difficulty caused by the increase of the anchor cable length, and solves the problems of low uplift bearing capacity and low recovery rate of anchor cables in soft soil area.
