摘要
以上海市浦东新区临港科技创新城A0202地块工程为例,针对其裙房钢结构高强超厚板的现场焊接施工难题,通过合理的工艺设计、全面的工艺参数评定,制定了合理的现场焊接工艺及控制措施,使高强超厚板的焊接质量达到预期要求。由此总结形成的高强超厚板焊接技术,为今后的高强超厚板焊接施工提供了工艺借鉴。
Taking the A0202 block project of Lingang Science and Technology Innovation City of Pudong New Area of Shanghai as an example, according to the welding construction difficulties of high-strength and super-thick plate of podium steel structure, reasonable welding process and control measures are formulated through reasonable process design and comprehensive process parameter evaluation, so as to make the welding quality of high-strength and super-thick plates meet the expected requirements. The welding technology of high-strength and super-thick plate is summarized, which provides reference for welding construction of high-strength and super-thick plate in the future.
