C80混凝土柱流变性能及水化热模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 依托上海徐家汇中心C80结构柱泵送混凝土的施工案例,系统开展了C80高性能混凝土的配制技术研究、流变性能研究和大体积混凝土水化热的模拟研究。研究结果表明:通过混凝土原材料的遴选、配合比的优化,制备的C80混凝土能够满足工程应用要求;流变性能测试表明搅拌状态下的C80混凝土能够满足长运距下的泵送施工需求;通过对比workbench有限元软件模拟的C80大体积混凝土柱温升和现场温度监测数据,证明模拟结果能较好地反映出大体积混凝土柱各个位置最高温度及最高温度出现的时间。研究结果对实际施工具有一定的指导意义。 Based on the construction case of C80 structural column pumping concrete in Shanghai Xujiahui Center, the preparation technology, rheological property and hydration heat simulation of C80 high strength concrete are systematically studied. The results show that: through the selection of concrete raw materials and the optimization of mix proportion, the C80 concrete prepared can meet the requirements of engineering application;the rheological property test shows that C80 concrete in mixing state can meet the requirements of pumping construction under long distance;by comparing the data of temperature rise of C80 mass concrete column simulated by workbench finite element software with those by the field temperature monitoring, it proves that the simulation results can better reflect the maximum temperature and the time when the maximum temperature appears in each position of mass concrete column. The research results have certain guiding significance for the actual construction.
