摘要
以科威特医保医院EPC项目为例,通过Synchro平台进行施工模拟,达到了项目仿真、查看和评审的目的。在提供施工进度、协调信息的前提下,因现场施工过程可视化,使项目在执行中,施工作业的工序穿插先后关系明确,减少了项目实施过程中因团队之间反复协调解决工程问题而引起的工期延误,从而提高了施工质量,节约了成本,为提升项目团队的综合管理能力提供了技术支持。
Taking the EPC project of Kuwait Medical Insurance Hospital as an example, the construction simulation is performed on Synchro platform, and the purpose of project simulation, review and evaluation is achieved. On the premise of providing construction progress and coordination information, the sequence of process interpositions of construction work during the implementation of the project is clear due to the visualization of the construction process on site. It can reduce the construction delay caused by repeated coordination among teams during the project implementation, thus improving the construction quality, saving the cost, and providing technical support for improving the comprehensive management ability of the project team.
