自动喷涂机器人双机协同倒挂装置的可行性方案研究

摘要 建筑钢结构件存在杆件非标性、结构尺寸大且复杂等特性,若将自动喷涂机器人设置在地面上,则会占据很大的空间,不利于构件摆放。为此,在阐述人工喷涂现状、喷涂机器人设计可行性以及安装方式等的基础上,提出并介绍了一种双机协同涂装机器人倒挂装置,从而实现复杂钢结构构件的自动喷涂。 Building steel structure components have the characteristics of non-standardization, large and complex in structure size, etc. If the automatic spraying robot is set on the ground, it will occupy a large space, which is not conducive to the placement of components. Therefore, on the basis of expounding the present situation of manual spraying, the design feasibility and installation mode of spraying robot, a kind of double robot cooperative inverted hanging device is proposed and introduced, so as to realize the automatic spraying of complex steel structure components.
