层叠式预制混凝土设备管道井吊装抗裂数值分析

摘要 为研究层叠式预制混凝土设备管道井吊装抗裂性能,利用ANSYS建立预制混凝土设备管道井有限元模型,并分别进行了在吊装组合荷载和井顶水平位移作用下的结构抗裂性能分析。研究结果表明:在吊装组合荷载作用下,预制设备管道井最大应力值小于混凝土抗拉强度,不会产生开裂;吊筋的变形值极其微小,吊筋不会产生屈服。预制混凝土设备管道井的井顶水平位移对其抗裂性能影响较大,综合数值分析结果,建议将水平位移限值取为10 mm。 To study the crack resistance of laminated precast concrete equipment pipe well hoisting, the finite element model of precast concrete equipment pipe well is established by ANSYS, and the crack resistance of the structure is analyzed under the combined hoisting load and horizontal displacement of the well top. The research results show that: under the combined load of hoisting, the maximum stress value of prefabricated equipment pipe well is less than the tensile strength of concrete, and there will be no cracking;the deformation value of suspender is very small, and the suspender will not yield. The horizontal displacement of precast concrete equipment pipe well top has great influence on its crack resistance. Based on the results of numerical analysis, it is suggested that the limit of horizontal displacement should be 10 mm.
