摘要
在对法院判例进行研究的基础上,对不平衡报价的法律风险与经济风险进行了分析,探讨了不平衡报价的尺度界限。所得出的结论可为施工单位在进行招投标时提供借鉴。
Based on the study of court precedents, the legal and economic risks of unbalanced quotation are analyzed, and the scale boundary of unbalanced quotation is discussed. The conclusions can provide reference for construction units in tendering and bidding.
