摘要
循证教师教育决策是多方主体以科学方法和程序获取有效研究证据来制定教师教育政策的一系列行动过程。本质上,循证教师教育决策是一种理性精神,一系列行动过程,以及由多方主体在行动过程中的互动所构成的关系系统。教师教育循证决策具有提升教育治理的科学性、连续性和协作性的价值。以循证实践理念为导向,进一步加强我国教师教育决策的路径包括:提升决策者的循证意识,完善证据的"需求-供应"机制,建立多方利益主体的协商机制。
Evidence-based teacher educational policy decision-making is a series of action processes in which multi-parties acquire effective research evidence through scientific methods and procedures to make teacher educational policies.Evidence-based teacher educational policy decision-making embodies a rational spirit,a series of action processes,and an ensemble of interactional relationships of multi-parties that is formed during the action processes.Evidence-based decisionmaking in teacher education is of the value to improve the scientific,continuity,and collaboration of the educational governance.Guided by the idea of evidence-based practice,this article proposes three paths to strengthen the Chinese teacher educational policy decision-making,which includes:enhancing the decision makers’awareness of evidence,improving the evidence-based"demand-supply"mechanism,and establishing the consultation mechanism for all stakeholders.
