“教师教育专业化”,何以可能?——关于“教师教育专业”建设的一种“另类”思考 被引量:12

Professionalization of Teacher Education,How Can It Be Possible?——Rethinking the Construction of Teacher Education as a Profession

摘要 教师教育作为专业教育的前提是教师所从事的教育教学工作是一项专业性职业,而教师教育自身的专业性,即教师教育工作成为一项不可替代的专业性职业,是教师教育作为专业教育的根本保障。依循专业性职业的必备条件,教师教育所独有的知识技艺与道德情操便是其专业性的核心体现。深化教师教育专业化改革,既需要正确认识并积极提升教师教育的专业性,倡扬"教师教育中的PCK"研究;也需要进一步坚守教师教育的专业伦理,完善教师教育制度,凝聚改革共识,从而有力地支持和保障教师教育的专业性。 Teaching as a profession is the premise of teacher education as a professional education.Teacher education as a profession,that is the professionality of teacher education itself,is an essential guarantee for teacher education as a professional education.According to the prerequisite for a profession,the professionality of teacher education is embodied in its unique professional knowledge&crafts and its value&commitment.To deepen professionalization reform of teacher education,we not only should accurately cognize and actively improve the professionality of teacher education by encouraging research on"PCK in teacher education",but also should adhere to professional ethics furtherly,and optimize teacher education regulations&rules,so as to support and guarantee the professionality of teacher education.
