前列腺癌组织中环氧化酶-2和细胞周期蛋白D1的表达水平及临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of cyclooxygenase-2 and cyclin D1 in prostate cancer tissues

摘要 目的探讨前列腺癌组织中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和细胞周期蛋白D1(cyclin D1)的表达水平及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法检测47例前列腺癌组织和31例前列腺增生组织中COX-2和cyclin D1的表达情况,比较两种组织中COX-2和cyclin D1的表达情况,并分析不同临床特征前列腺癌患者前列腺癌组织中COX-2和cyclin D1的表达情况。结果COX-2和cyclin D1在前列腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为80.85%(38/47)和61.70%(29/47),分别明显高于前列腺增生组织的16.13%(5/31)和19.35%(6/31),差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。不同年龄、肿瘤直径前列腺癌患者前列腺癌组织中COX-2的阳性表达率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);不同分化程度、临床分期、转移情况前列腺癌患者前列腺癌组织中COX-2的阳性表达率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。不同年龄前列腺癌患者前列腺癌组织中cyclin D1的表达情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);不同肿瘤直径、分化程度、临床分期、转移情况前列腺癌患者前列腺癌组织中cyclin D1的表达情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论前列腺癌患者中COX-2和cyclin D1的表达水平相对较高,COX-2和cyclin D1可能参与前列腺癌的发生发展。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)and cyclin D1 in prostate cancer tissues.Method The expression of COX-2 and cyclin D1 in 47 specimens of prostate cancer and 31 specimens of benign prostatic hyperplasia were detected by immunohistochemical stain method and compared between the two types of samples,the expression of COX-2 and cyclin D1 in prostate cancer patients with different clinical characteristics were also compared.Result The positive rate of COX-2 and cyclin D1 in prostate cancer tissues were 80.85%(38/47)and 61.70%(29/47),which were significantly higher than 16.13%(5/31)and 19.35%(6/31)in benign prostate hyperplasia tissues,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of COX-2 in prostate cancer tissues from prostate cancer patients with different ages and tumor diameters(P>0.05);the positive rate of COX-2 in prostate cancer tissues from patients with different differentiation degree,clinical stage,with/without metastasis were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of cyclin D1 in prostate cancer tissues from prostate cancer patients with different ages(P>0.05);the positive rate of cyclin D1 in prostate cancer tissues from patients with different tumor diameter,differentiation degree,clinical stage,with/without metastasis were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of COX-2 and cyclin D1 in patients with prostate cancer are relatively high,indicating their potential role in the occurrence and progression of prostate cancer.
