摘要
头花蓼是我国苗族民间常用药,在我国贵州、广西等地拥有悠久的用药历史,其传统的功效经现代药理学的科学评价正在逐渐被证实和挖掘。头花蓼除了具有抗菌、抗炎、解热镇痛、抗癌等作用外,还具有降血糖、抗氧化的作用,其化学成分的研究涉及范围较广,包括黄酮类、酚酸及其衍生物等。本文通过文献查阅,对头花蓼的药理活性进行归纳总结,为头花蓼药材资源的开发利用提供参考。
Polygonum capitatum is a common medicine used by the Miao nationality in China.It has been widely used in Guizhou,Guangxi and other places in China.It has antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antipyretic and analgesic,anti-cancer effects.It also has the effect of hypoglycemic and antioxidant.The research focused on its chemical composition,including flavonoids,phenolic acids and their derivatives.Through literature review,this article summarized the pharmacological activities of P.capitatum.
