中药解毒搽剂联合红外光照射综合治疗带状疱疹临床效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察中药解毒搽剂联合红外光照射疗法综合治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法:选取带状疱疹患者60例,随机分为两组。中西医治疗组30例,予常规治疗+解毒搽剂联合红外光照射;西药对照组30例,予常规治疗+阿昔洛韦乳膏外用。比较治疗后总有效率、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、疱疹创面愈合时间、血清P物质水平(SP)及后遗神经痛发生情况。结果:治疗后,中西医治疗组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),优于西药对照组的73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05);中西医治疗组VAS评分、血清SP水平、疱疹创面愈合时间及后遗神经痛发生率较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:解毒搽剂联合红外光照射综合治疗带状疱疹临床效果显著,并减少后遗神经痛。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine"Jiedu tincture"combined with infrared light on the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods:60 cases of shingles were randomly divided into 2 groups.Thirty patients in the Chinese and western medicine treatment group were given conventional treatment+Jiedu tincture combined with infrared light irradiation,and 30 patients in the western medicine control group were given conventional treatment+Aciclovir cream for external application.The two groups com-pared the total effective rate after treatment,visual analogue scale of pain(VAS),healing time of herpes wounds,serum substance P level(SP),and the occurrence of sequelae neuralgia.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the Chinese and Western medicine treatment group was 93.33%(28/30),which was better than the Western medicine control group of 73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05);the Chinese and Western medicine treatment group had VAS scores,serum SP levels,herpes wound healing time,and postoperative neuralgia The rates were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiedu tincture combined with infrared light has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of herpes zoster,and it can reduce the incidence of sequela neuralgia.
