督脉温灸治疗在气虚患者中的运用

The application of Moxibustion in the treatment of qi deficiency

目的:探讨气虚运用督脉温灸治疗的功效。方法:回顾性分析我院2018年12月—2019年12月接收的80例气虚体质患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予生活调理,观察组在此基础上给予督脉温灸治疗,共干预3~15 d。对两组疲劳感、生活质量及气虚质转化情况进行分析。结果:观察组FS-14评分较对照组低,心理健康、情感职能、行为能力、生理健康、社会关系、躯体疼痛、总体健康、躯体角色功能等各项评分相比对照组高,且气虚质转化评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对气虚体质采取督脉温灸治疗,取得较好疗效,能够有效减轻气虚症状,缓解疲劳,提升生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of moxibustion with Du Meridian warming on patients with Qi deficiency.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with Qi deficiency constitution received by our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases each.The control group was given life conditioning,and the observation group was given moxibustion on the basis of Du meridian warming,a total of 3~15 days intervention.Fatigue,quality of life and transformation of qi deficiency were analyzed.Results:The fs-14 score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of mental health,emotional function,behavioral ability,physical health,social relations,physical pain,overall health,physical role function were higher than that of the control group,and the score of qi deficiency and quality transformation was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion with Du Meridian warming is effective for the patients with Qi deficiency constitution,which can effectively reduce the symptoms of qi deficiency,relieve fatigue and improve the quality of life.
