家校协同视角下小学生情绪管理干预研究——以“发脾气怪物”个案咨询为例

摘要 为了提升小学生的情绪管理能力,学校心理咨询师构建了家校协同心理干预模式:一方面,充分发挥家庭在育人过程中的基础作用,帮助学生建立良好的家庭支持系统;另一方面,充分发挥学校在育人过程中的主导作用,利用专业力量,为家长提供相应的家庭教育指导,并对相关学科教师进行专业指导。这种干预模式形成了一个以学生为核心的同心圆,各主体围绕学生开展各自的工作,既分工明确又紧密协作,有效促进学生心理健康成长。
