摘要
针对传统大排量、大压差单螺杆压缩机工作过程中阻力矩波动大、噪声高等问题,创新性地提出螺杆转子奇数齿槽结构,并基于力学基本原理及单螺杆压缩机工作特性,对奇数齿槽螺杆转子受力状况进行了分析,建立了奇数齿槽螺杆转子动力学模型,研究了异步压缩单螺杆压缩机中螺杆转子的动力学规律。研究结果表明:异步压缩单螺杆压缩机螺杆转子主要受径向气体力作用,该作用力不仅大小不断变化,其方向也沿着螺杆转子的径向不断旋转,变化周期为转过两星轮齿夹角所需时间的1/2;该作用力的等效作用位置在螺杆中心面与排气端面之间呈周期性变化,并在开始排气时发生突变。上述研究结果对异步压缩单螺杆压缩机设计以及进一步发展具有一定的指导意义。
Aiming at the problems of large resistance torque fluctuation and high noise in the working process of traditional single screw compressor(SSC)with large displacement or large pressure difference,this work proposed an odd-groove structure of screw rotor.Based on the basic principle of mechanics and the working characteristics of SSC,the stress state of screw rotor with odd grooves was analyzed,and the dynamic model was established.The model was used to study the dynamic characteristics of screw rotor with odd grooves in the process of asynchronous compression cycle.The results show that the screw rotor of SSC in the process of asynchronous compression cycle is mainly affected by the radial gas force.The force changes in magnitude,its direction varies continuously along the radial direction of the screw rotor,and the change period is half of the time required to turn the angle between two star-wheel teeth.The equivalent position of the force changes periodically between the center surface of the screw rotor and the exhaust end face,and mutation occurs at the beginning of exhaust.This research may provide a reference for the design and further development of SSC with asynchronous compression.
