Application of carbon fiber in reinforcement of basement structure

采用碳纤维对地下室混凝土结构裂缝进行修复加固,从而使结构构件达到设计要求承载能力。加固前进行结构检测,而后进行基层清理、裂缝封闭,选择合理的碳纤维铺贴方式和相配套的浸渍胶粘剂进行涂胶和铺贴碳纤维,在碳纤维布固结后与结构共同受力,从而达到修复加固的目的。

Usingcarbon fiber to repair and reinforce the cracks of basement concrete structure,so as to make the structural components meet the design requirements of bearing capacity.Before strengthening,the structure is tested,then the base is cleaned up,the cracks are closed,the carbon fiber is pasted and pasted with proper carbon fiber pasting method and the corresponding impregnating adhesive,after the carbon fiber cloth is consolidated,it bears the force together with the structure,thus achieves the repair reinforcement goal.
